We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to return at ARMINO WU HQ.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • Customers that are returning products internationally must pay all associated duties and taxes for the shipment or ARMINO WU won't be able to accept and process your return. 
  • All SALE items are final.
  • All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please remember that all shipping cost are non-refundable.
  • Returning multiple items all at once will result in a longer processing time while we check each merchandise.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted at our HQ, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ARMINO WU utilizes multiple order shipping methods. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your USPS or UPS Tracking number. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times EXCLUDE the weekends. ARMINO WU does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center and HQ. We try to be as accurate as possible. ARMINO WU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders over $100 may require a signature at the time of delivery. International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. ARMINO WU is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.
